In a recent Market Research Study conducted among purchasing experts of pipe and supply products, over 82% of those surveyed said they would “Definitely” recommend Interstate Pipe & Supply’s products and services to others in their industry. Building on that insight, IPS and FSC collaborated to put together the foundation of their referral program. Over the years the IPS business has grown from referrals from customers. FSC inspired IPS to capitalize on this trend and show their appreciation by introducing customers to a Customer Referral Program. FSC invited our key clients to be rewarded for referring IPS to their colleagues.
